Methodology

Lifetime Value (LTV) estimates are calculated using historical giving patterns, recency, frequency, and monetary value (RFM) segmentation for each donor archetype. Predictions extrapolate 5-year cumulative value assuming current retention rates persist. Recurring donors are weighted more heavily due to their predictable revenue stream.
